Good golly! Has it really been this long since I updated this!?
Over this past year I've had some good news and some bad news, lets start with the good news shall we?
1. Mark and his girlfriend (now fiancee) have moved out, it was crowded with so many people here anyway.
2. I brought my computer over here from my sisters place (still have some things over there that she want me to get) and got it hooked up to the internent.
3. A long time friend of mine had her first child, a girl named Izabel McKenzie, she was born in July.
4. My sister is pregnant again and is due soon.
5. I went to JAFAX this year and I did my first cosplay, I wish I could have gotten pictures though, my roommate's camera's batteries were drained the day before. I was dressed in a red silk kimono, I had to adjust it a couple times because it started to unravel, and so did my hair. I got to meet a manga artist form Lansing and got autographed books from him. So over all I had fun, I hope to go next year.
Now for the bad news:
1. This is a combination of good and bad, we've had a total of seven kittens born, four in the first batch (two of which were given homes and the other two are still around. Then another was born but only lived about a week, the mother (Ming Ming) didn't take care of it. Then Annette, one of the youngest cats still not quite an adult, had a kitten named Scotty that lived to about three months before getting sick and died. Annette is now living at another house somewhere down the street from us. Ming Ming had another kitten recently, which lived to two weeks. The same day that kitten died we found it's father (Gaara) dead by the back porch, we think he died about a week before the kitten, probably either as a result of his flea allergy or he tried to jump from our roof to the neighbors shed and slipped and broke his neck on the fence, we didn't check his neck though. And finally last night we found a cat near the front porch practically skin and bones, we tried to feed it but it was too weak to eat so he died of starvation a couple hours later.
2. Two of my roommates (Daisha and Josh) broke up and Josh moved out. What was the last straw for them was Josh lit a portion of Daisha's hair on fire during an argument.
